As a visitor or user of the (“Site”), the below privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs how WorkWall, can use personal information, collected, received, and stored about individuals in connection with the Site and what your rights are in regards to aforementioned practices.

1. Definitions.

1.1 “Personal Information” identifying, describing, or reasonable association with a consumer.

1.2 “User” a person who creates a user account by signing up for a WorkWall account and or someone who purchases an item from WorkWall.

1.3 “Visitor” a person who navigates to the Site but does not create an account.

2. Modification. WorkWall reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time.

3. Visitor and User Provided Information.

3.1 Creating a user account (“Account”) will require personal contact information. This information will be used to expedite services we provide you, such as faster checkout, inform you of order statuses changes, and send other communications.

3.2 Submitting forms as found on the contact us or artist submission form will require personal information. WorkWall uses this information to evaluate and respond to your submission.

3.3 Purchasing WorkWall products will require personal contact information and financial and payment information. A history of all purchases is also collected. We use this information to facilitate the purchasing transaction, and to create records in anticipation of possible future inquiry.

3.4 Artist accounts will require personal information, financial payment information. We use this information to facilitate the payout of royalties, tax reporting obligations. Artist’s may also provide social media or other personal internet presences information. This information is used to drive more traffic to your personal sites.

4. Automatically Collected Information. WorkWall may collect your IP address, data about browsing, the type of equipment and software you use to connect to the Site.

5. Sharing Information.

5.1 WorkWall may share your Personal Information with third parties in connection to your purchase, such as Stripe to facilitate a credit card payment, UPS to facilitate the shipment of your purchased items, or PayPal to facilitate payments.

5.2 Personal Information may also be shared to comply with applicable law or governmental request.

5.3 Reorganization or the prospect of may warrant the sharing of Personal Information in needed to facilitate the corporate event.

6. Non Personal Information. WorkWall may use or disclose Non Personal Information to improve the experience with WorkWall.

7. Choice. A user may choose not to provide Personal Information which will result in the ability to purchase and sell items on the Site.

8.1 Generic Cookies. We use cookies to authenticate users, remember your log-in session, record activity on the site, and information about your device and its approximate geo-location.

8.2 Analytics Cookies. We use third party analytics services by Google which employ cookies to count users and clicks, and record users movement and interaction with The Site.

8.3 Advertising cookies. We may use Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest, and Twitter advertising services, and thier respective web pixels to log actions users take on The Site after being redirected by clicking on an ad. Web pixels store a cookie on your computer which is used to optimize advertising. We do not have access to the personal information collected through third party web pixels. Information collected by web pixels may be stored and processed by the web pixel providers for their own promotional purposes, in compliance of their respective privacy policy, cookie policy, and terms of use policy.

9. Links to Other Sites. The Site contains links to other websites, for which are are not responsible for the privacy polices of, and are visited at the user and or visitor’s own risk.

10. Security. While security of Personal Information is important to WorkWall, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, therefore we can guarantee its absolute security.

11. Retention of Data. WorkWall will retain data for different periods, for different purposes and subject to legal requirements.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Disputes arising out of the Terms or the use contemplated hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in New York, New York, Borough of Manhattan. The parties hereby submit and consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, and irrevocably waive any and all rights to contest such venue and jurisdiction.

14. ADDITIONAL CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE / YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS. If you reside in California, then in addition to the above Privacy Policy, this California Privacy Notice will apply to your use of the Site. This Privacy Notice does not apply to Personal Information we collect from job applicants or independent contractors, or from our current or former full-time or part-time and temporary employees and staff, officers, directors or owners.
