Reminder: Take all the Time You Need

Do you ever feel like you're learning the same life lessons over and over? That, year after year, you're faced with the same concept with a different mask—maybe it's financial or workload struggles, maybe it's in your relationships with love or your relationship to your body, or maybe it's about rest or overwhelm or identity or honesty. The truth is, we all live life in spirals. When we accept that we can take the time we need to become our fullest selves, every subsequent dance around that spiral feels a little less fraught.
